Accountability: Day One

In an effort to keep accountable for my habits to try and break this cycle, I'm going to post my food log here daily as well as any exercise done (if any).

Breakfast:
Jalapeno Hot Dog (Quiktrip) - 5 pts

Lunch:
Mellow Mushroom Pizza (2 slices) - 10 pts

Dinner:
Szechaun Shrimp w/ Rice - 7 pts
3/4 Cup Fried Okra - 6 pts

Mixed Berry Cereal Bar - 2 pts
Banana - 2 pts
Rice Krispie Treat - 4 pts
Kroger Light Yogurt - 1 pt
1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream - 3 pts

Exercise: Carrying poker tables (neglible)
